The Home Depot hit by cyber attack

The Home Depot has left a message on it's site to alert customers about the possibility their system may have been hacked. What the company hasn't outright said is that your credit information has been stolen. Many credit cards are already being sold online.

Since this isn't the first store to have been hacked, we should know some of this by now, but it needs repeating. Change your passwords on your accounts. Since this invasion is possibly greater than the Target mess, it would probably be wise to cancel or freeze your card. And, don't forget credit monitoring.

To the family, Lambie and Me, means security for the youngster, and integral part of the family unit, and peace for parents. Lambie provides comfort during troublesome times, like through transition and change, sickness, or uncertainty. He also gives hope and sense of belonging. And, most importantly, the Lambie and Me brand carries all of these qualities and more into the homes of its consumers around the globe.

eBay hacked - change your passwords now

eBay Inc. asks eBay users to change passwords

There has been a data data breach at eBay and they are finally alerting it's customers. This cyber attack may be larger than the Target attack.

Yesterday eBay Inc. announced it is aware of unauthorized access to eBay systems that may have exposed some customer information. There is no evidence financial data was compromised and there is no evidence PayPal or customers have been affected by the unauthorized access to eBay systems.

Credit bureaus hacked, 200 million at risk

Place a Fraud Alert or Credit Freeze on your accounts

Equifax and TransUnion, two of our three credit reporting bureaus, have been breached. Up to 200 million people may have had their names, social security numbers, addresses, date of birth, and other information stolen.

The problem I have is that no one has been notified. Victims are being victimized twice. And, it's possible the information is already being sold on the black market.
