'Dads scheduled for 12 holiday parades

SAL Champions will be Grand Marshal of Hickory parade

The Hickory Crawdads will be participating in 12 parades this holiday season, including serving as the Grand Marshal of the parade in Hickory. The parade season kicks off in Hickory on Friday, Nov. 20, where the South Atlantic League Champion Crawdads will lead the procession through downtown. 


'Dads mascots Conrad and Candy, will join the front office staff, as they help celebrate the season beginning Nov. 20 in Hickory, through Dec. 13 in Statesville. 

A full list of the Crawdads 12 holiday parades includes: 

• Friday, Nov. 20 - Hickory
• Saturday, Nov. 28 - Maiden 
• Thursday, Dec. 3 - J. Iverson Riddle 
• Friday, Dec. 4 - Lenoir 
• Saturday, Dec. 5 - Valdese, Sawmills, Granite Falls, Hildebran, Hudson, and Alexander 
• Sunday, Dec. 6 - Rhodhiss 
• Sunday, Dec. 13 - Statesville
