Lots of hand washing helps us stay healthy during the cold and flu season.

I drink a lot of green tea with honey. I also take something right away if I feel the slightest bit ill. Washing your hands, and being cautious of germs is essential!

My best tip to stay healthy is *wash your hands*. Make it a habit to *never* touch your nose, mouth, or eyes without washing your hands just before.

Most of the time the bugs we pick up are transmitted by our hands, not the air.

My best tip for staying healthy this flu season is to constantly wash your hands! Also always cover your sneezes and coughs so other people don't become exposed, and the virus continues to spread.

My tip is always to wash your hands and use a hand sanitizer afterwards! Hands will spread germs faster than anything because we touch everything!

I do not get Flu shots for one. They tend to make you sick. If I feel a cold or flu coming on I take Airborne or something similar and drink lots of tea. :)

Give your body an incentive to get well: Boil 1 cup molasses with a fourth cup vinegar until syrup coats spoon and ball hardens in icewater, add 1 small RAW diced onion: Pour into buttered bowl, eat all in one sitting. This was my grandfather's cure.
