Then click on the “Win Iced Coffee” tab, complete the official entry form with your name, residential (street) address, e‑mail address, daytime phone number and date of birth, then submit as directed.
2. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. Limit of one (1) entry per Facebook User Id per day during Sweepstakes Period.
