Welcome to the world Emily Kate

Today, my nephew, Michael, and his wife, Jeanene, gave birth at 6:08 p.m., to a 7 pound, 2 ounce, 20 inch, baby girl.

Emily Kate Srout has a full head of chestnut hair and blue eyes.  Great-grandma Bonnie is holding her in this picture.

They have been moved to room 202 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory, NC.

It wasn't long ago, we were looking at Emily's first 3D ultrasound. It was a miracle to watch her prepare for her entrance. Then we returned to see her on a 4D Ultrasound which was even better.

My mom, Bonnie, and brother, Chester, were amazed as they watched. Chester is now a grandpa for the first time.

Jeanene and Michael had the ultrasound done twice, because the first time Emily didn't cooperate. Thanks to Baby In Me 4D Imaging in Hickory, NC., for their dedication and determination.
