Michael and Jeanene talk to the owners of Baby In Me
It's scary when you think you're pregnant. It doesn't matter if it was planned or not, you just want to know for sure. Then the news comes ... you're expecting for the first time.
There are so many emotions. But now, you can't help but want to know what will the sex of the little bundle of joy be. I know, not everyone wants to know, but most of us want to plan ahead.
When the doctor does the first 2D ultrasound and tells you, "I think it's a girl." You jump full steam ahead telling everyone and giving her a name.
But, wait. You have to be sure. There's so much pink being bought, what if it was a mistake? That's when you make plans to have a 3D ultrasound done at Baby In Me. You will get a much better look at your child's world. Memories of her first yawns, stretches, and thumb sucking.
Congratulations to my nephew Michael and his wife, Jeanene, who are the parents to be. Jeanene is due in February, and the excitement is growing.
The couple went for their first 3D ultrasound and "Emily" was very uncooperative. She wanted to sleep, and was curled up like a ball for the most part with her feet in her face. Yes, I called her by name, because it didn't take long at all to see Jeanene and Michael are having a girl.

We have another appointment today. My brother, Chester, who will be a first time grandfather, was amazed at the first 3D ultrasound. This time my mother, Bonnie, will get to see her great-granddaughter for the first time. Jeanene's mom and sister were there the first time and will return this morning to see Emily again.
Since Emily is more active in the morning, we're hoping for more pictures of her face.
Baby In Me is going to offer a gift certificate to their facility. See part two for more information.
