My top 10 ways to get fit after the holidays, what are your tips?

During the holidays it seems if I just look at all the tasty food I gain five pounds. Not to mention the weight I gain from all the food that passes through my lips.

After the holidays the first thing we do is regret it and start trying to lose the extra pounds. Most New Year's resolutions are to lose weight.

Here are my tips:

  1. I cook with fat-free ingredients
  2. I change white rice for brown rice
  3. I decrease daily calories
  4. I do workouts on the Wii
  5. I eat several small meals instead of 3 big meals a day
  6. I cut out the fat
  7. I cut out the sugar
  8. I drink more water
  9. I snack on fruit, veggies
  10. And, I play with my grandkids
