1. Eat smaller portions
2. Brush teeth when you get hungry and you don't want to eat
3. Brush teeth after eating so you don't eat more
4. Wait before getting seconds and you will realize you are full
5. Eat several small meals daily instead of 3 big meals
6. Do not eat 4 hours before bedtime
7. Carry a small healthy snack like pecans with you all the time
8. Change all white grains to whole grains
9. Find a water you like and drink more of it
10. Substitute sugar with Splenda
11. Get on the Wii Fit Plus and at least start walking
