eBay hacked - change your passwords now



eBay Inc. asks eBay users to change passwords

There has been a data data breach at eBay and they are finally alerting it's customers. This cyber attack may be larger than the Target attack. 

Yesterday eBay Inc. announced it is aware of unauthorized access to eBay systems that may have exposed some customer information. There is no evidence financial data was compromised and there is no evidence PayPal or customers have been affected by the unauthorized access to eBay systems.

LivingSocial's been hacked, change your password





LivingSocial recently experienced a cyber-attack on its computer systems that resulted in unauthorized access to some customer data from its servers. They are now working with law enforcement to investigate this issue.

6.5 million LinkedIn member passwords compromised; How to protect yourself


This week some LinkedIn member passwords were compromised, said, Vicente Silveira, Director of LinkedIn, in a statement on the site. Approximately 6.5 million hashed LinkedIn passwords were posted on a hacker site. Unfortunately, a small subset of the hashed passwords were decoded and published.
