Lowes Open House 12-3pm Saturday

Carolinas-based Lowes is holding an open house to help you get ready for the holidays. It will be on Saturday from noon to 3 pm.  

There will be beer and wine tasting, sample holiday dinners with all the trimmings, and snack party platters.

Coups for Troops collects coupons to send overseas to our military

I know as a military wife in Germany, one of the things we needed the most was manufacturer coupons. We were allowed to use expired coupons up to six months old at the exchanges and commissaries, but it didn't make it any easier to get them.

Spring forward to now and we can support our troops and military families so much easier. There are support groups worldwide, and Coups for Troops: The Carolinas, is one of them.
