Coffee is important to help us start our day. It's the first thing we have when we get up. We also end our day with a cup of decaf coffee. It helps us settle in for the night.
Her cabinets are full of different flavors and varieties of K-Cups. She said, "I wouldn't want it any other way." loves coffee. She drinks it from the time she wakes up until the time she goes to bed.
Recently she was sent some single serve coffee from Rogers Family Company in exchange for her honest review. These single serve coffee's can be used in any Keurig and other single cup brewers that use K-cup coffee cartridges.
What makes this single serve cup and it's packaging stand out from all the other companies is the fact that it is 97% bio-degradable. Why 97%? Because the lid and mesh filter around the coffee grains are not bio-degradable and need to be thrown away in the trash.
The four flavors Rachel received were Breakfast Blend, Java Love, Gorilla Decaf and French Roast. All of the flavors she received were regular roast except for the French Roast. That one is a dark roast. Since she likes her coffee on the lighter side she had her friend try the French Roast and said she loved it.
When Rachel opened the box of coffee she said she could smell the rich aroma from the single serve cups. The aroma is very nice and lets you know you're getting a great product.
Rachel loves all the flavors, but really likes the breakfast blend best. The flavor was not harsh and the coffee is smooth. She added a bit of vanilla creamer for the perfect taste.
The mesh filter, similar to a tea bag, is not affected by the sharp instruments inside the Keurig. The hole is punch on top and water streams through just like it would on any other K-Cup.
The best part of the single serve coffee is the price. It cost $6.99 for a pack of 12. They also sell in bulk - 80 count packages for $34.99. That's a great way to save the environment and money too.
