Terrorist Dzhokkhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, who wore the white cap, claims he will kill everyone because law enforcement killed his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, who wore the black cap during the Boston bombing.

knowing the pain he went through losing his brother he would put other people throgh that pain!!! that is crazy. i hope he and his brother get causght!! my heart goes to families involved.
