Register to win a $5,000 shopping spree with Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith.

Eligibility: Ultimate Shopping Spree with Emmitt is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Timing:
The Promotion ends on Nov. 26, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How to Enter:
There are two ways to enter:

a) Promotion Website:
Visit http://academy.promo.eprize.com/shopwithemmitt. Then follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).

b) Facebook:
You can enter the Promotion through the Promotion application on the Academy page on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/Academy. If you do not already "like" the Academy page, you must first click on the "like" button in order to access the Promotion application. Once you click on the Promotion application, you will advance to the authorization page where you will be required to authorize Sponsor to access your basic profile information and other content in order to participate in the Promotion. Then, complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).
 
Limit: Regardless of method of entry, each entrant may enter/play one time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address
Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game:

Instant Win Game: Twenty three random, computer-generated winning times, one per day, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE GRAND PRIZE: A holiday shopping spree with Emmitt Smith in Dallas, Texas. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Dallas, TX; one night accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $650 spending money; a $5,000 Academy Sports + Outdoors gift card (terms and conditions of gift card apply); and a two hour appearance by Emmitt Smith to shop and have breakfast with the winner and a guest.

The shopping experience will be at the Academy Sports + Outdoors store at 5836 N. Tarrant Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76137 on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 7 AM prior to the store opening, unless otherwise notified. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to appear at the Store promptly at 7 AM on Sunday, Dec. 16, or risk forfeiting the Emmitt Smith appearance opportunity. If winner travels to Dallas but fails to appear at the Store at 7 a.m., on Dec. 16, winner forfeits the $5,000 academy gift card and Emmitt Smith Appearance.
