- How to Enter the Contest:
Step 1: Register on the Physicians Formula Facebook page, which can be accessed directly at http://www.facebook.com/#!/PhysiciansFormula or through a link on http://www.physiciansformula.com/ and thru links on Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube pages. Registering allows you to participate in all Facebook activities.
Follow the on-screen directions to enter. Entrants must complete all required information.
Step 2: Click on the "Boost Your Beauty" tab located on the Physicians Formula home page. Follow the simple submission steps, complete all required fields, and click "submit now" to upload your photo, your video or your written comment to tell Physicians Formula about how you "boost your beauty" as well as pointing out which one of Physicians Formula products you use to amp up your look. In clicking on the “submit now,” the entrant provides her consent and agreement to the contest rules and requirements as set forth herein. All submissions must satisfy the requirements of paragraph 6 and 8. These requirements include: For best view upload your photo with this dimension width: 364px and height: 218px. Please upload only .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp or .png files. Please upload video up to 100 MB. - Conditions of Submission: There is no limit to the number of submissions that may be submitted per participant of the contest. By submitting an entry, the submitting party and any person whose likeness is displayed, agree that Physicians Formula has the right to use, or not use, the words and images in whole or part in its sole discretion for any purpose, including advertising and promotion.
Boost Your Beauty Makeover Challenge. The submissions must be created by the Participant. Submissions must feature Physicians Formula products ONLY. Photos and/or videos can be submitted in black and white or in color. Any photo,video or written tip which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems to be inappropriate for publication will not be considered and the corresponding
- Judging: During the course of the promotion there will be 13 prize winners selected at random. These random prize winners will be selected at the discretion of Physicians Formula. In addition, ONE Grand Prize Winner, selected at random on or about Dec. 20, by the Sponsor. All entries deemed to meet the requirements as defined in Rule 3 & 7 are eligible to win a prize. Winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone on or about Dec. 28.
- Prizes and Approximate Retail Values:
a. Contest Prizes: Grand Prize Winner: ONE grand prize winner will receive a pair of designer 18K white gold, heart shaped diamond earrings featuring 6 round brilliant cut diamonds (3 per earring) with a total carat weight of .4 along with a set of Physicians Formula skincare and makeup products. The winner will be chosen at random at the discretion of Physicians Formula. Prize redemption must be fulfilled within one year of being awarded.
b. Additional Winners: TWO additional winners will receive a pair of 3/8 carat total weight diamond stud earrings in 14k white gold along with a set of Physicians Formula skincare and makeup products. These winners will be chosen at random at the discretion of Physicians Formula. Prize redemption must be fulfilled within one year of being awarded. TEN Random Prizes: 10 random prize winners will receive assorted Physicians Formula products.
The total approximate value of Contest Prizes together is estimated at approaching $5,000, calculated by adding together the value of each and every prize together. Value may vary depending upon location of winner.
