Help find Jake Ziegler and Ray Pierce

This is a photo of Jake Ziegler and Ray Pierce who have been missing from Catawba County, NC since Saturday when they were en route to Myrtle Beach.

These teens and families need your prayers. A community is coming together to help locate these missing boys. A search from the air and on the ground is active and all help is appreciated.

Share, tweet, yell, call, do whatever you can do to get the word out so these kids can be found before it's too, late. Time is running out. Please help.

These best friends, from Bandys High School in Catawba County, NC, planned a short trip to Myrtle Beach, but they have now been missing five days. They were driving a 2006 Green Pontiac G-6, NC Plate BDD8844. It was last seen on I-77 southbound, Saturday.

As a mom, I would hang onto any help I could get and try anything in the world to find my kids. These moms are no different. A psychic has told the family the boys are upside down in an accident and they see the number 501. There is a highway 501 on the way to the beach being checked in Conway, SC.

The FBI is also now helping with the search for the boys. And, Nancy Grace has blogged about the boys.

Jake Ziegler is 5’11” tall, weighing 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing gray cargo shorts and a royal blue t-shirt with white reverse writing. Ziegler has a pierced left ear and a tattoo on his right buttocks.

Ray Pierce is approximately the same size at Ziegler, but stockier. He was last seen wearing Timberland boots, a red and gray RVCA jacket, and jeans.

The family is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who can lead them to the missing boys.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact the Catawba County Sheriff’s Department at (828) 465-8301.

Join the Find Jake and Ray Facebook Page to keep updated on the search. A site has been established to help pay for the expenses to help find the boys, the helicopter for instance. Donations can be made secure at Chip In. No donation is too small.

I have changed my Facebook page to Find Jake and Ray. I hope others do the same to help locate the boys. On Twitter use and follow #findjakeandray. Help spread the word.

Thanks, and please keep them in your prayers.
