God Bless our loved ones, friends, and neighbors; Hurricane Sandy: What you can do
Hurricane Sandy showed no mercy as it hit the East coast leaving many without power and leaving a trail of devastation in it's path. We pray for your safety. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the storm.
Recovery time will be long and slow. For anyone who wishes to help with relief efforts, many non-profit agencies need help so they can assist those who need it.

AmeriCares
AmeriCares has emergency response teams and a mobile clinic deployed after Hurricane Sandy battered the Northeast. When heavy rains and flooding force residents to be evacuated from their homes, AmeriCares delivers personal care items and bottled water to shelters and food banks assisting displaced families. The aid organization also delivers cleaning supplies to help families in the U.S. cleaning up storm damage, as well as medical aid for evacuees with chronic health problems forced to flee their homes without their prescription medicines. Salvation Army National Corp
The Salvation Army has already begun feeding operations at shelters along the East Coast. Dozens of mobile feeding units (canteens), able to serve thousands of meals, are stocked and ready to deploy into the most heavily impacted areas.
