The Ziploc Mom Notes promotion consists of a sweepstakes and an instant win game. The Sweepstakes and the Promotion Period is divided into eight weekly entry periods as defined below.

TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES:
During the Promotion Period, visit the Ziploc Facebook page and "like" it if you have not done so already and click on the Mom Notes tab to find the "Ziploc Back to School" application located at apps.facebook.com/ziploc-mom-notes.
Then, follow the online instructions on the Website to create a note if you wish to do so, and complete an online entry form with your name, date of birth, contact information, and school designation (to be used in the event that your entry is chosen as a Grand Prize or Weekly Prize winner.
Notes are optional and will not increase your chances of winning. Once your entry form is completed, click "Submit" to receive one Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing, one Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing, and one instant win game play.
You will receive one Game Play upon submission of an entry. Each prize for the Instant Win Game will be randomly assigned to a specific time during each day of the Promotion Period. The entrant who first submits a valid Game Play at or immediately after the randomly pre-assigned time will win an instant win prize. If you receive a message stating, "Congratulations! You're an instant winner. We'll be sending you a $25 gift card" or "Congratulations! You're an instant winner. We'll be sending you Ziploc Prize Pack" you will be deemed a potential winner.
Non-winning messages will read, "Thank You! Thanks for submitting your lunch note. You've been entered into our Random Drawings for a chance to win up to $20,000 in Box Tops for your school. Your note will be added to the gallery within 24 to 48 hours. Be sure to come back and share it with friends" The odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible Game Plays received and the date and time of participation.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: One potential Weekly Prize winning school will be selected for each Weekly Entry Period (a total of eight potential Weekly Prize winning schools) in a random drawing on or about each Drawing Date from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period.
Non-winning entries will not carry forward and be entered into subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawing(s) but will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing. The potential Grand Prize winning school will be selected on or about October 1 from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period.
Grand Prize (1): a $20,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer) payable to the school designated in the winning entry for the Grand Prize Drawing.
Weekly Prizes (8 total; 1 per Weekly Entry Period): a $1,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer) payable to the school designated in the winning entry for the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing. Entrants whose entries were selected in the drawing for the Grand Prize or Weekly Entry Period Prizes will be notified by email, phone and/or express mail on or about October 1, that their designated school will receive the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES (TO BE AWARDED TO ENTRANTS):
First Prizes (228 total; 4 per day): Each First Prize winner will receive a $25 Visa® Gift Card.
Second Prizes (57 total; 1 per day): Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) Ziploc Gift Pack. ARV: $25 each.
Potential winners of the Daily Prizes will be notified that they are potential winners upon receipt of the "Congratulations! You're an instant winner. We'll be sending you a $25 gift card" or "Congratulations! You're an instant winner. We'll be sending you Ziploc Prize Pack" message following the submission their Game Play and will receive online prize claim instructions.
