We celebrate the end of National Ice Cream Month with a Cadbury™ Ice Cream Bars 'High Tea' by MommyParties

Kristen took the lead and taught everyone how to drink tea with their pinkie out.

We were so excited to participate in a fun opportunity, sponsored by Blue Bunny®, that includes two summer staples, with a fun British twist - Cadbury™ Ice Cream Bars 'High Tea' MommyParties. Hosting this party was the best way to end the month of July, which is National Ice Cream Month.

I tried to decorate to make it feel special.

As Moms, we'd all agree that one of the benefits of summer is the opportunity to spend quality time with our kids. A close second might be the arrival of ice cream season and the tasty treats that we enjoy as a family when the temperature rises. I can't get enough of it myself.

Emily can say she was 1 year old for her first tea party.

It was wonderful to share tea and ice cream with my niece, Emily. She was a good sport to put on a hat even if it was for a short time.

We even changed our hats so we could see which one we liked best.

This may have been Kristen and Patricia's first tea party, but, it won't be the last.

Having a 'High Tea' to celebrate National Ice Cream Month with Cadbury™ Ice Cream Bars by Blue Bunny® with mothers, daughters and sons, made this a very memorable day. It was the first tea party for all of us.

Tyler and Dylan acting a little silly, but they had such a great time.

And, everyone, girls and boys, got into it by wearing Fascinator hats. The guys said they were secure in their manhood.

We had tea, and ate ice cream and cupcakes. But, the best part was we spent time with family.

My mom helped Emily with her tea. But, Emily could handle her mini cupcake and ice cream on her own.

She ate the vanilla chocolate ice cream bar after it broke off the stick.

Kristen enjoyed several cups of tea. 

At first, I made a punch drink for the party because I thought the girls would drink it better. It didn't take long for Kristen to tell me she wanted me to make real tea. Kristen served grandpa tea and ice cream when he joined the party after work.

Sometimes it's just finger licking good.

Cadbury™ Ice Cream Bars provided coupons to distribute to our guests. They were so excited to get them, because they loved the ice cream and planned to go buy some for their home.
