1. ENTRY PROCESS - To enter the Contest, you must go to www.spaweek.com/promotions/yogaretreat or http://www.facebook.com/SpaWeek/app_403359706360567 and follow the on-screen entry instructions.
Only one (1) entry per person permitted for each prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY - To enter the Contest, You must be a resident of the 50 United States or Washington D.C., or Canada. You must also be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES - The Contest ends at 11:59 pm (EST) on July 8.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER/RANDOM DRAWING - The Contest winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 18 from among all eligible entries.

5. PRIZE(S) -There will be two (2) Contest winners in total. The grand prize winner will receive one (1) prize comprised of three separate parts. 
Part #1 - Anamaya Resort shall provide the Contest winner and one (1) guest,* with the following: (a) a stay for seven (7) nights at Anamaya Resort, located in Montezuma, Costa Rica; (b) three (3) organic meals daily for the duration of stay; (c) ten (10) yoga classes during duration of stay; (d) one (1) 60 minute massage per person during duration of stay; (e) two (2) infrared sauna sessions per person during duration of stay; (f) airport transfers (via bus or shuttle) to and from the resort.

Part #2 - DKG will supply the Contest winner with: (a) One (1) 30DYC - 30 Day Yoga Challenge Package, which includes: 2 books, 5 ebooks, 6 dvd's, videos and articles, 3 stage diet plan & recipe ebook and community membership; (b) one (1) Transform Your Life with Yoga, for beginners DVD, one (1) Balance Your Life with Yoga & Thai Yoga Partner Massage 2-piece DVD Set; one (1) Kids Yoga Adventure & Yoga Family Funtime with Dashama 2-piece DVD Set; (c) One (1) Intro to Yoga: Beginners Guide to Getting Started on the Right Foot + 17 minute Guided Meditation for Empowerment ebook; (d) One (1) Green Smoothie Cleanse + Recipe, ebook; (e) One (1) 30 minute Coaching Skype Session with DKG on a date agreed upon by Winner and DKG.

Part #3 - SWMG will supply the Contest winner with the following: (a) $175 worth of Spa & Wellness gift cards by Spa Week.

Second Prize Winner - The second prize winner must "tweet" a predetermined script provided by SWMG. Upon entry to the Turn Up the Heat Contest, a "pop-up" will appear. Contestants will be prompted to post the predetermined message on www.twitter.com. SWMG will randomly choose a winner from all eligible submissions. Winner will receive a $50 Spa & Wellness gift card by SpaWeek.
