MOMtrepreneur Baker of the Day: Plant trees in an Earth Day Cake

This is Earth Day weekend, and time to think about our Earth, planting trees, and making changes in our lives to help the environment. But, to add a little fun to Earth Day, how about an Earth Day Cake?

1 cake (serving size depends on cake) 

Ingredients

  • Trees
  • 10 batch popcorn balls (see basic recipe link below)
  • green food coloring
  • 6 individual packs Ocean Spray fruit snacks
  • 10 large pretzel rods
  • Cake
  • 1 layer cake, frosted with chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • flower sprinkles, assorted color
