MOMtrepreneur Baker of the Day: Peeping Groundhog Cookies

Today is Groundhog Day.  If a groundhog named Punxsutawney Phil emerges this morning and spots his shadow he returns to his hole. We are expected to then have six more weeks of winter. If the groundhog does not see his shadow, we can expect an early spring.

Callye, of The Sweet Adventures of Sugarbelles, says she loves cookies so much she wants to share them with the world. "We're talking worldwide cookie domination." She even pays tribute to the groundhog with her Peeping Groundhog Cookies.

To make these cookies you will need:

• brown piping and flood icing
• green piping and flood icing
• ivory 20-second icing
• pink 20-second icing {or sprinkles}
• black candy beads
• white 20-second icing
• black piping icing or food color marker
