Judge beats daughter who has Cerebral Palsy; still on bench

A Texas family law judge, who oversees children and abuse cases, beat his daughter with Cerebral Palsy, Hillary Adams, then age 16. William Adams and his wife, Hallie, beat Hillary for using the Internet.

It happened seven years ago, so he won't face criminal charges because too much time has elapsed, police said Thursday. Are you kidding me? Where is justice?


Adams said it was him in the video, "It was discipline." And he claims, "I have done nothing wrong." He even had the nerve to say, "it isn't as bad as it looks."

Excuse me, but if any of us did that we would be in jail, and rightfully so, might I add. There is no excuse for this beating. He should be disbarred and jailed for child abuse. He shares custody of their other minor child with his ex-wife, although Hallie admitted Adams has an addiction.

Hillary, 23, says the abuse continues. Not physical, but emotional.

Adams said today she is mad he cut her finances and took her Mercedes away.

Thank God she had the wisdom to put a camera in her room to record one of the many beatings. She knew no one would believe her over the word of her father.

I pray he has not abused anyone else. However, I think anyone he has presided over in his courtroom deserves a new trial. Pray he doesn't have the opportunity to remain on the bench.

2004: Aransas County Court-At-Law Judge William Adams took a belt to his own teenage daughter as punishment for using the Internet to acquire music and games that were unavailable for legal purchase at the time. She has had ataxic cerebral palsy from birth that led her to a passion for technology, which was strictly forbidden by her father's backwards views.

The judge's wife was emotionally abused herself and was severely manipulated into assisting the beating and should not be blamed for any content in this video. The judge's wife has since left the marriage due to the abuse, which continues to this day, and has sincerely apologized and repented for her part and for allowing such a thing, long before this video was even revealed to exist.

Judge William Adams is not fit to be anywhere near the law system if he can't even exercise fit judgement as a parent himself. Do not allow this man to ever be re-elected again. His "judgement" is a giant farce.
