Savvy Housekeeper, at Savvy Housekeeping, came up with a great way to use up her bars of soap and save money, too. She turns them into liquid hand soap.

The secret ingredient to making bar soap into liquid soap is a $2 bottle of glycerin.

1 cup soap flakes 10 cup water 1 Tablespoons glycerin
