"The Great Bike Trade in'' is also providing the opportunity to trade in any used bike helmet in exchange for a 25 percent savings on the purchase of any new bike helmet.

How much is the savings offered by Toys''R''Us during The Great Bike Trade-in event?

You have the opportunity to save 25 percent on the purchase of any new bike helmet, with a trade in of any old or used bike helmet. You can trade in any used bike - no matter the condition - for the opportunity to save up to $50.

The coupon discounts will be tiered by the price of the new bike purchase, as follows:
Save $20 on any bike priced $99.98 or below
Save $30 on any bike priced $99.99-149.98
Save $50 on any bike priced $149.99 or more

What manufacturers are participating in the program? What brands can the savings be used on?
All bike and bike helmet manufacturers are participating in the program. As a result, trade-in coupons can be used on all bike and/or bike helmet brands available at Toys''R''Us stores. Keep in mind that coupons for savings on bike helmets will be issued upon trading in a bike helmet, while coupons for savings on bikes will be issued when you trade in a bike.

Does the item I bring back have to be a product I purchased from one of your stores? Do I need a receipt to trade in an item?
You can trade in any bike or bike helmet at any of our Toys''R''Us stores nationwide, regardless of whether you purchased the item from one of our stores. You do not need a receipt to trade in a used bike or bike helmet.

Can I use the savings I received for trading in my old/used bike or bike helmet to make an online purchase?
No. The savings you receive for trading in your bike and bike helmet may be used for in-store purchases only.

Can I bring back multiple bike or bike helmets and receive additional savings?
Yes, you can bring back as many bikes or bike helmets as you’d like to our stores during the program and you will receive one savings coupon for each item traded in. However, you may only use one savings coupon per each new item purchased. The new item can be any bike or bike helmet available in our stores, depending on the type of item you trade in.
