Enter a video, photo or story to The Frosty Project.

Video/Photo Submission Guidelines:

•Videoes must be in asf, avi, flv, m4v - raw MPEG4 video, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, QuickTime/MPEG4/Motion JPEG 2000, or wmv format;

•Videoes must not exceed 60 seconds in length;

•Videoes must not exceed one 100 MB in size

•Photos must be in .jpg, .png .gif format;

•Photos must not exceed 3 MB in size;

•Essays must be in text format;

•Essays must not exceed 1,000 characters in length;

•Essays must be in English; and

•Whether a Video, Photo or Essay, it cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means, unless determined otherwise, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion

CONTEST WINNERS:

•Creativity/Originality (40%);

•Quality of Submission (40%); and

•Public Appeal, based on Voting (20%)

Content Restrictions:

•The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;

•The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the Promotion;

•The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this Contest;

•The Submission must not contain images, artwork, text, or music not created by entrant;

•The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;

•The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and

•The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.

Timing: The Contest began on June 23 at 12 a.m. Eastern Time  and ends on July 28 at 11:59 p.m. ET and consists of seven phases. The Sweepstakes began on June 23, at 12 a.m. ET and ends on July 13 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Limit: Each participant may upload as many Submissions as he or she chooses during any of the Submission Phases. However, each participant will only receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Submission Phase, up to a maximum of three (3) Sweepstakes entries, and will be eligible to win only one (1) First Prize and compete in only one (1) Category for a Grand Prize. Submissions generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Entrant must have permission from all individuals that appear in the Submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested, entrant must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor.

CONTEST PRIZES:

ONE GRAND PRIZE FOR VIDEO ENTRY: Sony 40" LCD HDTV. Approximate Retail Value $809.

ONE GRAND PRIZE FOR PHOTO ENTRY: Canon Digital SLR. ARV: $899.

ONE GRAND PRIZE FOR ESSAY ENTRY: Samsung Laptop. ARV: $829.99.

NINE FIRST PRIZES one per Category and per Submission Phase: Winner's choice of one of the following: a) an 8GB iPod® Touch, ARV: $199, b) a Flip Video Ultra, ARV: $149, or c) a Kodak EasyShare Digital Camera. ARV: $180. The ARV of prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.

Total ARV of all Contest prizes: $4,328.99.
