Enter the Kerr Drug Cosmetics Contest by posting a make-up video response to the Kerr Drug YouTube video by June 30 and you could win one of three prizes.
Your entry should be a make-up tutorial. The video must be a “How to use cosmetics” video showing beauty tips, favorite products, best color combinations, etc. Entrants should explain and show how to use at least four cosmetic products from Kerr. Entrants should show the packaging and give the name of the products used.
The person with the most views wins!

YouTube Cosmetic Contest Rules
Eligibility: The Kerr Drug Cosmetic YouTube Contest (“Contest”) is open to all legal residents of North Carolina or anyone within ten miles of any Kerr Drug store or an existing prescription customer during the promotion period.
Kerr Drug, their affiliate companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees are not eligible for this contest.
Promotion Period: Entries must be received by Wednesday, June 30, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. However, Kerr Drug reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms of this promotion at any time without notice.
How to Enter:
•Contest submissions will only be accepted as video responses to the YouTube video posted to Kerr Drug’s YouTube page. Entrants are welcome to post their videos on Kerr Drug’s Facebook fan page wall but those videos will not be accepted as an official entry submission. Kerr Drug reserves the right to remove from the Kerr Drug Facebook page videos deemed inappropriate.
•Video must be a “How to use cosmetics” video showing beauty tips, favorite products, best color combinations, etc. Entrants should explain and show viewers how to use a minimum of four (4) cosmetic products. Entrants should show the packaging of each product used and give the full name of each product used. All cosmetic products used in the video must be from Kerr Drug. Entrants should state that all the products were purchased at Kerr Drug.
•Each submission must be original and cannot have been submitted for other contests.
•Submissions should be entered on YouTube as follows:

5. Privacy: Share your video with the world6. AutoShare: If you have other social media accounts, feel free to share. Contestants are encouraged to post their videos to their own Facebook pages, their own blogs, etc. in order to gain more attention.
•All videos submitted must be family-friendly and free from offensive material (this includes spoken and written word as well as visual content).
•Kerr Drug reserves the right to approve or ignore video response submissions at their discretion.
•Submissions become the property of Kerr Drug and may be used for promotional purposes at Kerr Drug’s discretion without additional permission or compensation to the entrant.
•By submitting a video, entrant agrees to the terms and conditions listed here.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected based on the highest number of YouTube views of each submission. Submissions for the contest must be posted before Wednesday, June 30, 2010 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Viewing the entrant videos on YouTube will continue through to July 7, 2010 11:59:59 AM Eastern Standard Time when quantity of views for each entrant will be recorded. Views that accumulate after that time will not count towards winning entries. Winners will be contacted and posted on Facebook and Twitter at that time. Kerr Drug reserves the right to disqualify any winner with inappropriate material, does not follow these contest Rules and Regulations or YouTube’s Terms of Use.
Winners will be notified by a private message through YouTube as well as an announcement on Kerr Drug’s Twitter and Facebook page. To claim the prize, winners must respond to the Kerr Drug message via private YouTube message and all social media they use. Kerr Drug is not responsible for inaccurate contact information or notifications that arrive late due to computer or technical error. Final winners will be announced publicly on Kerr Drug’s Facebook, Twitter, and blog.
Prizes: Two (2) grand prize winners will receive one (1) $100 Kerr Drug gift card each along with a gift basket. In addition, Kerr Drug will review all submissions for a potential entrant to be featured in a Kerr Drug advertisement for cosmetics. Winner featured in advertisement 18 years old or older must sign a waiver release and will not receive any compensation for appearance in advertisement. If less than 18 years old, waiver release must be signed by the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
Claiming Prizes: Winners must go into their local Kerr Drug store to pick up the gift card and gift basket. Winners will be contacted with instructions for claiming prizes.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of submissions to the contest.
Maximum Aggregate Value of all Prizes: $300
