OFFICIAL RULES


1. Visit springstepz.robeez.com and follow the on-screen instructions to access, complete and submit the entry form to receive one Standard Sweepstakes Entry (see Rule #3). See Rule #4 for Bonus Entry opportunities.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States (excluding Rhode Island), including the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, or who are the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry.

3. HOW TO SUBMIT A STANDARD SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: Beginning midnight (12 a.m.) ET on March 14, visit springstepz.robeez.com and follow the on-screen instructions to access, complete and submit the entry form to receive one Standard Sweepstakes Entry. The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) Weekly Entry drawings and a Grand Prize drawing. It begins at midnight (12 a.m.) ET on March 14 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on April 17 (“Promotion Period”). Weekly Entry drawing Period #3 begins at midnight (12 a.m.) ET on March 28 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on April 03. Period #4 begins at midnight (12 a.m.) ET on April 04 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on April 10, 2010. Period #5 begins at midnight (12 a.m.) ET on April 11 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on April 17. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 (ET) on the ending date of the applicable Weekly Entry drawing to be eligible for entry in the drawing. Limit one entry per e-mail address per person, per Weekly Entry drawing. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first such entry received will be eligible. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for each Weekly Entry drawing you enter. Non-winning Weekly Entry drawing entries will not be rolled into the following Weekly Entry drawing period(s). If you do not want your email address used for future marketing purposes, please make sure the appropriate box on the entry form is unchecked.

4. RECEIVE UP TO 5 "REFER A FRIEND" BONUS ENTRIES: Participant will have the option of providing up to five (5) different friends'/relatives' email addresses to obtain additional bonus entries into the Grand Prize drawing. After your entry via Rule #3 is received, follow on-screen instructions to Refer A Friend. Participant must obtain each friend's/relative's permission to submit their information prior to doing so. After your referral(s) are received, a promotional e-mail will be sent to the friend(s)/relative(s) you refer. The friend(s)/relative(s) you refer must follow the instructions in the e-mail, click on the link and complete and submit a Standard Sweepstakes Entry Form in order for you to receive a Bonus Entry, up to five (5) Bonus Entries during the Promotion Period. You will only be credited with a Bonus Entry after your referred friend’s/relative’s eligible entry is received within the Promotion Period (per Rule #3) and if referred the friend/relative has not already entered the sweepstakes prior to receipt of your referral. Additionally, in order for you to be credited with the Bonus Entry, the friend/relative you refer must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Rule #2. You may refer a maximum of 5 friends/relatives and may not refer the same friend(s)/relative(s) more than once. Limit one Refer A Friend list submitted per e-mail address. If your friend/relative does not want his/her email address used for future marketing purposes, he/she must make sure the appropriate box on the entry form is unchecked. If the friend/relative chooses not to be added to the Sponsor’s mailing list, they will not receive any further correspondence except if they are selected as a prize winner. Original entrant's friend/relative will not be entered unless they visit springstepz.robeez.com and submit an online entry form.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS; ODDS: Winners will be selected in random Weekly Entry drawings from among all eligible entries received by the applicable cut-off date as follows: The Period #2 on or about April 1; Period #3 on or about April 8; Period #4 on or about April 15; Period #5 on or about April 22. The Grand Prize drawing will take place on or about April 29, from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined. Sponsor or its designee will randomly select potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received. Decisions made by Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Prize winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion.

The odds of winning in each Weekly Entry drawing depends upon the number of eligible entries received during each respective entry period. The odds of winning the Grand Prize drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries, including both Standard and Bonus Entries, received during the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):WEEKLY ENTRY PRIZES: One (1) prize to be awarded per Weekly Entry drawing: A merchandise credit on Robeez.com which is redeemable for Three (3) pairs of Robeez footwear (in-stock merchandise only), including shipping and handling charges. This credit must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from the end of the Promotion Period. ARV of each weekly prize is $135 USD.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize – A merchandise credit on Robeez.com which is redeemable for Twelve (12) pairs of Robeez footwear (in-stock merchandise only), including shipping and handling charges. This credit must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from the end of the Promotion Period. ARV of Grand Prize is $540 USD.


For all prizes, limit one (1) prize per person. The prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash alternative are available to the winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and duties. Total ARV for all prizes: $1,215 USD.
