Rita’s will hold its 18th Annual First Day of Spring Italian Ice giveaway on Saturday, March 20 at more than 550 stores in 18 states. One million guests are expected to participate in the free Italian Ice giveaway.
You can get your free ice between noon and 10 p.m. Each guest will receive one free, regular-sized Italian Ice in the available flavor of their choice to commemorate the arrival of spring. As an added bonus, the First Day of Spring marks the launch of Rita’s new PEEPS® Italian Ice. It will be available from March 20 to April 4 at all open Rita’s locations.
Rita's is also launching a Facebook contest, “PEEPS® Fandemonium!” Guests are encouraged to visit Rita's Facebook to become a fan and enter to win prizes. Beginning March 20 through April 4, Rita's will be selecting one winner each day to receive Free Ice for a Year, while other lucky Rita's fans will win Rita’s and PEEPS® Brand swag bags.
