We all started at the beginning. And at the beginning, we didn't know anything or anyone. It takes time and work to build a blog. To build a following.
I feel like I will never get there, and it's been nine months. It's a long road. I've been following, subscribing, posting buttons galore, but, like with Twitter, it's not always being done in return.
I want to apologize to anyone following me, posting my button or subscribing that I am not doing likewise. Please, let me know.
Most bloggers will follow if they know. Some bloggers grow so big they lose track.
Bloggers who become big or famous still need us - their readers - or they will cease to exist. So let them know, too, you are following them, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Great post! I start on one thing and wind up ten blogs over. Yes, I get lost all over the place and only have a limited amount of time like everyone, but I try to get back, follow, add button, reply, and share some comment love. Enter, post and so on. Any ways your doing great and I enjoy your blog.
Your blog is only nine months old? You're doing amazingly well in my book! I do try to follow back, and to visit and comment when people comment on my blog. Great post!
This is very true and something that I was terrible at last year. I was so surprised by everything coming at me at all directions that I forgot about my readers and other bloggers. I'm not famous by far though, more like the "d" list.
I'm glad I subscribed to you. ;-)
That was so well said. It does take time and work to build a following and it's so humbling for me to think that people actually read what I write, lol! I found you because Life is a Sandcastle posted the link to this! I am so glad I did.
