ReplyDeleteI am staying at home with my husband and children this year for Thanksgiving. I will not be shopping on Black Friday, and I don't agree with stores opening on the holiday, so I definitely won't be shopping then. I would love to win this card, it would definitely help with Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHow awesome! Extra cash is always such a blessing. I actually have to go into work at 3pm today. I work at a hospital so it's hard to come by having holidays off. I usually go black Friday shopping after all of the crowds. I enjoy being out at that time more so than battling the crowd for limited deals!
ReplyDeleteWe don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in Finland so it's just another boring Thursday. I'm grateful, though, for many things in life every day.

ReplyDeleteNo Black Friday shopping for me. I used to work it and well it was kind of crazy.
No shopping here, unless online counts! We'll just be relaxing and having a low-key dinner--a re-heat and eat from the grocery store. We were going to skip out on traditional Thanksgiving food all together, but no one wanted to 'really' cook.

I am laid up with a broken left foot (just broke it on 26th)and house setting (Dog). So my nephew is going to bring me a plate of TG dinner and walk the dog for me. I can't do Black Friday (crutches).
ReplyDeleteI had a quiet Thanksgiving today..my oldest son & I went to my cousin Jennifer's house to eat Turkey n' all the fixin's & hang out a while..taking my son home tomorrow afternoon..right now we are watching a movie. I have never shopped on Black Friday but I started my Christmas shopping this past summer :) Have a great evening everyone..safe travels!

I spend Thanksgiving with my family and I have never went shopping on Black Friday, I wait for Cyber Monday.

ReplyDeleteWe spend the entire day with family and no I do not shop on Thanksgiving..... having worked retail for 25+ years..... I wish everyone had a handful of holidays to be off and spend with the family and that definitely includes Thanksgiving. I will definitely shop on Black Friday! It is an exciting and fun shopping day!

ReplyDeleteWe always have a big family dinner, but I had been in bed sick with the flu. So no dinner this year! But it was an OK day. I do not participate in the crazy shopping days...nothing I want bad enough to fight the crazy crowd! I will shop on-line in the comfort of my home this year.

ReplyDeleteWe went geocaching with our best friends on Thanksgiving and then went to Golden Corral for dinner. Friday we went to breakfast with a lot of other geocachers and then came home and relaxed - No Shopping for me!!!
