It's true we eat with our eyes first and I love the look of a smooth iced cookie. It makes me want to eat it, but I don't make them because they're too hard. Or so I thought.

Diane, of Created by Diane, has come up with an easy way to ice cookies without a piping bag. She places the icing in an oval dish and straps a lollipop stick with a rubber band going under the dish attaching to each side of the stick.
