Do you need Just A Little Something for someone special for Valentine's Day? Maybe you would like Just A Little Something for yourself?

These strawberries and roses may be look too beautiful to eat, but I got past that fast. I couldn't wait to taste them, and I wasn't disappointed. They are as tasty, as they are pretty.

The Cake Truffles are red velvet strawberries, and the strawberry cake rose and a white rose are claypops. Everything is made to order and they're fresh for seven days. 

Carol Roberts, owner of Just a Little Something, says her business is all about cake, frosting and candy. Cake Truffles provides you a little bite of all your favorites, she says.

Roberts has made a variety of CakeBites. Some of the CakeBites she has made include pretzels, chocolate cake and chocolate frosting with a peanut butter coating and crushed peanuts and chocolate shots. She's also made carrot cake and cream cheese frosting with vanilla coating and orange shots. Another flavor is fudge brownies and buttercream frosting with creme de mint coating and chocolate shots.

Key Lime cake and lime frosting with a dark chocolate coating is another flavor Roberts has made. How about Chocolate Monkeys made from Banana Pecan Caramel Cake Truffle, coated with milk chocolate, peanut butter and vanilla candy? Or how about Snickerdoodles cake with homemade cinnamon buttercream? And she makes character pops, too.

Since Roberts experiments with flavors, she has even created an adult version - Booze Balls. One of the adult flavors is cake truffles made from cake donuts, Kahlua and Bailey's Caramel. She calls them Bailey's Brownies. Amaretto Truffles, Triple Chocolate Bacardi Toffee, Malibu Lemon (coconut lemon) and Pumpkin with bourbon infused vanilla, are a couple of other adult flavors.

An experiment led Roberts to make a new cake flavor .... Italian Cream Cake. It's made with Buttermilk butter cake, pecans, coconut and cream cheese frosting.
