Lots of hand washing helps us stay healthy during the cold and flu season.

My tip is always to wash your hands and use a hand sanitizer afterwards! Hands will spread germs faster than anything because we touch everything!

ReplyDeleteI do not get Flu shots for one. They tend to make you sick. If I feel a cold or flu coming on I take Airborne or something similar and drink lots of tea. :)

Last year I discovered ginger tea for keeping colds away. I just steep some raw ginger and then add some lemon juice. It tastes great and sure seems to work. :-)

ReplyDeleteGive your body an incentive to get well: Boil 1 cup molasses with a fourth cup vinegar until syrup coats spoon and ball hardens in icewater, add 1 small RAW diced onion: Pour into buttered bowl, eat all in one sitting. This was my grandfather's cure.
