I know a lot of people who use hand sanitizer religiously. However, there are others who don't want to use santizers because of the alcohol. That's why Lori, who lives a healthy lifestyle, decided to make her own natural version.
Lori, of Health Extremist, found a natural ingredient that helps fight germs and viruses. She said it's antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiviral, which makes it a great all natural alternative to alcohol based sanitizers.
Ingredients:
- 8 Tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel
- 16 Drops of Tea Tree Oil
- 10 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- Optional: Add a few drops of other essential oils such as thyme, lemon, or orange

ReplyDeleteThis is great! I can't use hand sanitizer because I always have my hands around my face and I end up ingesting it, which makes me feel very sick. This stuff is probably a lot better!
