Lilla Rose Flexi Clip Review and Giveaway
Sponsored by Independent Lilla Rose Consultant, Jayme Gaines
Hosted by Life in a House of Testosterone
The Lilla Rose product line centers around unique, functional, and well made hair jewelry. From their flagship Flexi Hair Clip, they have expanded to Hair Sticks, the Flexi Oh!, Hairbands, and Bobby Pins. From there, they rounded out the line out with complimentary designed You-Pins, and Badge Holders. Kim, of Life in a House of Testosterone, adores the badge holders, and says they're so very pretty.
Kim chose the Princess Tiara to review. She absolutely loves sparkles, and sparkles and jewelry for your hair. Double bonus. Not to mention it was her son’s favorite out of the four she selected. She recently chopped her hair short for the summer, but before she did, she wore her Flexi daily. Her hair will grow again and she's positive she'll be wearing it again.
Kim says her hair is super fine.
"It might "look" thick on the days when I let it air dry, but when I blow dry my hair, it is super fine and straight as a stick, Kim said. "I usually would need to wrap an elastic band around my ponytail three to four times in order for it to stay put for a few hours. They always ended up sliding out though before the day was over. I ordered the small, and it works just beautifully with my hair - thin or thick days!"
Kim asks that you please excuse the slightly blurred image – "that’s what happens when you ask your husband to take a picture of your hair clip for you."
Kim didn't know when she ordered her clip, but if you are left-handed, you can order your Flexi Clip for a leftie as well. Even though she's a leftie, using the regular Flexi Clip is not that difficult – even in my short hair as shown above.
We love the quality of these clips – “high quality” doesn’t even begin to describe what you are getting for your money. This is no cheap plastic clip that will fall apart if you put too much strain on it or just simply fall apart from wear and tear after a few months.
Here’s what the company says about their clips:
“Metal parts are casted in either zinc or brass, which is very strong and durable. To plate the clips, either Sterling Silver plating, Imitation Rhodium or Gold/Silver Mixed metal is used.”Everybody who has seen Kim's Flexi Clip has commented on how beautiful it is – and come on, what woman doesn’t love a compliment on their hair?
There are so many beautiful clips to choose from – especially the Flexi Clip of the month for April – look at this beauty!
Stunning craftsmanship and beautiful baubles adorn each Flexi. Check out some of the others available as well:
Aren't they absolutely gorgeous? We love the stunning colors and the craftsmanship - they truly are jewelry for your hair!
But wait, There's more
There are so many other beautiful products to choose from on the Flexi Clip site! Be sure to check out the Flexi Oh! (for you ponytail diehards), the Hair Bands, Hair Sticks, Bobby Pins, You-Pins and the Badge Clips! Just because you have to wear a badge at work ladies doesn't mean you can't turn it into necessary bling!
