Win a set of $130 SmartSilk pillows 8/30

pillows Welcome to the SmartSilk Giveaway

Hosted by: Savory Savings

Sponsored by: SmartSilk

I have Asthma and allergies. Breathing is an important part of life. Everything I do I have to ask myself if it will make it worse or help. The pillows I sleep on can be helpful or harmful.

Are you an allergy or Asthma sufferer?  If you are like many me, your pillow may be a huge culprit to your nighttime symptoms. Pillows are harbingers of dust mites, skin cells and other gross things you likely don’t want hanging around near your face. SmartSilk brings you bedding and pillows that are naturally hypo-allergenic and are not nice homes for things like dust mites.

Krista, at Savory Savings had the chance to review two pillows from SmartSilk.  Check out her review and see why she loved that these pillows help regulate temperature, resist things like mildew and mold, as well as are comfortable for both her husband and herself!

If you would like to win two pillows from SmartSilk (and $130 value!), enter with the Giveaway Tool below.

This giveaway will be open to US residents, ages 18 and older.  It will run from Aug. 16, and end on Aug. 30, at 11 PM CST.

Good luck!

I use a fan or a cool facecloth to help me fall asleep, and I often listen to soothing music to help calm and relax me!

When I have difficulty falling asleep, I try to visualize my body relaxing from my toes upwards.

I try everything from watching tv, surfing the net to meds, then I just wait it out.

I have a relaxation CD I listen to that helps me fall asleep.

I pray and think about my family - concentrating seems to help. Praying is a stress reliever.

I always say "I know I can sleep" over and over in my head until I fall asleep as silly as that sounds. Works everytime though!

I have tried so many things; melatonin, Unisom, essential oils, sleep mask, etc. I still suffer with insomnia and am trying to find something that works for me.

I always sleep on my side. So i literally have 5 pillows including a full body pillow lol. But if I go anywhere I have to take at least 2 pillows with me just in case there aren't enough pillows.

At times, I can't sleep due to being too hot. Sometimes turning on the ceiling fan or an oscillating fan helps me to go to sleep.

First of all I need soft cozy pillows and I massage my hair scalp with warm oil or have a dark chocolate or snacks if I dont get a sleep or maybe I would on AC instead of fan and sleep with a glass of water.

Okay I haven't had this problem since I last had coffee before the children arrived. Hmmm trying to remember. Oh yeah, I would either workout. Or take a hot bath. And that would usually do it. Otherwise I just start cooking cleaning and going on a rampage to get stuff done. Lol
