One Entry per person.
Only legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older may enter and participate in the Sweepstakes.

BabbaCo (www.Babbaco.com) is a subscription service which provides a box of activities for parents and children each month.
At 2,000+ entries, one random winner will receive a free gift card to FabKids.com valued at $399.50 and a BabbaCo baking themed party pack for 10 children.

The Winner will be notified by email. If the winning Entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason prior to delivery of the Prize, or if the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven business days, an alternate winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If there is no winner by the 30th day after end of Sweepstakes, no further winners will be chosen.
The name of the Winner will be posted on the FabKids Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/lovefabkids within 14 business days after end of Sweepstakes.
