StarKist Tuna Creations make quick fix meals

My StarKist Sweet and Spicy Tuna Creations Salad.

We have always loved StarKist Tuna in our home, but now it's even better. When we received a package from Smiley 360 containing several packets of StarKist Tuna Creations, we immediately opened a couple and made sandwiches on toast. They were so good we wanted more.
Here are some of the StarKist Tuna Creations flavors we have to create yummy recipes.

Then, we had a chance to explore the wonderful selection further.  They even sent us a shirt, keyring, and earplugs with several packages of Tuna Creations.

There are countless recipes to be made from these little packets, but I had to make a salad with the first package of Sweet and Spicy. My mouth watered as I made it. I had to sneak a bite of the tuna, which I must say rocks, because I knew I had to take photos of the food before I could eat, and I was starving.

Ingredients to make my Tuna Creations salad.
I gathered the ingredients I wanted to include, that I had on hand. I wish I had more, but as long as I had a little color and texture, I was happy.

Ingredients:
Romaine Hearts - 3 cups 25 calories
Texas Toast croutons - about 6
Smiley360Baby carrots - 1/4 cup 15 calories
Celery - 1/2 cup 10 calories
Shredded Cheese - 2T 60 calories
Lite Vinaigrette - 2 T 60 calories
Bacon Bits - 1T
Salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes to taste
Pack of StarKist Sweet and Spicy Tuna Creations seasoned Asian style with peppers and onions. 90 calories
Less than 300 calories for sure.

First, I cut up the amount of lettuce I wanted on my plate. Then, I built on it, adding each of the other ingredients in no certain order. I do wish I had shredded the carrots instead of slicing them. And, a red onion would have made an excellent addition.

But, when I sat down for lunch and took the first bit, I was in love. It was very satisfying. I honestly thought I made too much, but it was gone in no time. And, as I write this post all I can do is sit here wishing I had another one.

Maybe I will try making a Tuna Creations Wrap for lunch today. I can see it now. Take a tortilla shell and lay Romaine on it topped with Herb Garlic Tuna Creations maybe. Then add shredded cheese and drizzle some Ranch dressing on it before rolling it up. Slice it and eat. Sounds yummy.

I hope you will check out the StarKist Facebook page and look at the recipes and Salad Maker App. You can also get a coupon.

Disclosure: I received free samples from Smiley 360 to facilitate this review.

This looks really good. I have not purchased a lot of the tuna's that are seasoned. I will have to try some of them the next time that I am shopping. We love tuna in our home as well. I love that you can make some quick and healthy.

I love Star Kist Tuna and buy it often - the recipe looks so easy and fun to make and I can make it at work and have something fresh tasting rather than a boring sandwich.

I love tuna fish but have never tried Starkist Tuna Creations. The dish looks great -- will definitely have to pick some up next time I'm shopping.

Even when tuna was just plain tuna, I loved it. Now, with so many varieties to choose from, I love it even more.

This will be perfect. I just bought a bunch of tuna and was wondering what I could do different with it for my daughter as she loves it.

YUM! I absolutely love tuna sandwiches. Sometimes I'll add shredded carrots, cucumber, and mayo to make a sandwich. Other times I'll use tuna and black beans...it sounds weird, but it's actually pretty heavenly! :D

I am so glad to see that your Tuna recipe does not have any mayo or miracle whip in it. I like Tuna I just can't stand mayo or miracle.
