MOMtrepreneur Baker of the Day:
Easy Easter Tea Cakes dipped in poured butter-cream frosting

When I first saw these, I thought, I can only wish to make those. Then, I began reading and was pleasantly surprised to find out she cheated, and they're easy to make.

Naomi at Bakers Royale, has two versions of these tea cakes on her blog. I, of course, prefer the cheater version, pictured above. It's much easier, and even Naomi agreed, it tastes better than using fondant.

The flowers on top can be poured chocolate candies instead of piped. And, Naomi has so many other wonderful recipes to share on her site.
I hope you enjoy this wonderful recipe. I know I will.

These are so cute I want to make them for mothers day for my mom and guest. I know they would just love them. I will check out the site to get the easy tips so I can have my daughter help me bake them. Thank you so much for sharing. Can't wait to pin them too.
